We welcome up to two pets per apartment, so your furry companions can feel right at home. Whether you're strolling through our green spaces or relaxing indoors, Backwater Cove is the perfect place for you and your pets to live comfortably in the heart of Razorback country. 

Pet Policy: 

  • Maximum of 2 pets per household 
  • One-Time Fee of $500 due at move-in
  • Monthly Pet Rent of $35 per pet 
  • Pet Types: Cats & Dogs
  • No Breed or Weight Restrictions
  • Two pets max per apartment.

  • Mondayto - Friday: 9 AM to - 12:30 PM
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed
